Summertime Update

Hey people,
So I know I completely suck at blogging as I never update but the main reason of this is because I'v been stressing over school so much continuously and whenever I did get free time I either didn't do a lot or I was knackered. Now that its summer I'm still not promising more frequent posts but this year I'm not flying to America so I'll mostly be at home. Next week I'm going up to Bath with my best mate to visit my sister which should be good as it was a last minute decision, I haven't been up there before and its a mini holiday with my bestie!
So I'll probably upload some pictures of our adventure (or try to) and keep you updated. I haven't bought a lot recently only little bits and pieces as I'm half on a spending ban as I'm saving up for the Harry Potter Studio Tour which i'll be visiting in late August. Although last week I became a total lushie although I'm not convinced on their new makeup range (although I want to buy a skin supplement).
I think that's pretty much it, I'm looking forward to these summer holidays as I intend on spending it regenerating myself for the next school year (and last!!!) and eventually glue my head into books.
I hope you are all well, if you read that thank you!

Lots of socks

Hello lovelies, I've been so busy recently revising
that I haven't had much time for anything else.
I'm so not looking forward to my math GCSE on Monday,
I have to get a B.  Then I've got my geography retake (Previously got a B)
and I haven't even started revising for that!
As you can see I went on a sock shopping spree,
not intentionally I only meant to get a few pairs but this was the result.
I've done a bit of foot modelling for you all so you can see what they look like on,
the three pairs above to the right are from New Look and the rest are Primark.

I love fun socks! I'v also gotten some notebooks as I intend on making poetry
writing a hobby of mine. The weather has been ghastly recently
in the UK yet the birds keep on chirping on like its summer,
they don't fool me though, the wind is unforgiving to our summertime dreams.
I hope you are all well and good luck if you too have exams.

Presents from Devon

Hello again,
Its not been long, well this post is to say my mum came back from here mini break and bought me some treats. Can I just say she never treats me haha, well once in a while so I was grateful. She got me a kiddys lucky bag, a beautiful photo frame which now holds a photo of my brothers and sisters, lots of candy and a recipe book for vegies (I am one, didn't you know?).

Lastly is my dinner for today which I just destroyed YUM! A pizza express pizza and a smoothie that I made. I have to decided to try detoxing, i know the pizza's not super healthy but hey, my skin has gone disgusting all of a sudden since I last posted so I feel resolved to become even healthier for a week. I don't know whats done it I'm scared its my 'scrub you nose in it' by soap and glory!! can you please tell me your experiences with soap and glory as I'm a newbie. There are so many factors that could of affected my skin although I'm hoping it wasn't my new lush tea tree toner (Is it bad for oily skin?) I'd love to here your advice.
Hope your all having a better skin week than me :)

A small splurge

Tea tree toner-£3.75  Ickle robot bath bomb-£1.85  LUSH

Soap and Glory Scrub you nose in it- £7.50   Barry M nail polish-£2.99 each  Natural collection waterproof mascara and brown eye pencil- £1.99 each  Boots

H&M £19.99

Hello I have been internet deprived for two whole days!! That's so hard to cope with. Glad to have the internet back as I'v had two GCSE's this week and have another two next week etc :( So I decided to be cheeky and go shopping! :D I had never previously bought anything from lush or soap and glory so was excited to get them products. I originally meant to get grease lightning from lush as i have spots but I'm hoping the toner will do the job. Also there was 3 for 2 in boots but i really wanted Peaches and Clean from soap and glory as well except they were sold out. I only just realized that there was another boots close by and am contemplating going back into town to get my moneys worth. The pretzels and banna chips were a random purchase from the health store as they were so cheap and I am currently going mad for dresses and skirts (there are no good skirts anywhere!) I might be able to do an OOTD with this dress soon if you want?

Hope you are all splendid

Blue Highlights

Heeey guys! So whats up with me? Well I'v just finished my two week work experience at an animal centre and the two months ahead of me are threaded with about 10 GCSE's. Apart from that everything seems to be pretty much the same...except I now have blue highlights as of yesterday. So pictured above you can see I got a couple of jewelry pieces on sale at Topshop they're part of the spring collection and I wasn't a big fan of the neons I much prefer the pastels but as they were reduced I had to pick them up, also on my way out I picked up a cherry carmex which i have never tried before. I'd heard carmex makes your lips tingle and when i put it on I didn't feel any tingle but after about a minute you really do feel it! I'm not sure if I'm a big lover of it though as although I love cherry balms i think it has a slight antiseptic smell :S
And lastly blue highlights.... well as you probably know I cut my hair Emma Watson short in December but I'm starting to get tired of my short hair and i long for my blonde hair to be long but as that's not going to happen any time soon i decided to add semi-permanent highlights to it...? Yeah well I hope I can pull it off and that it will look summery but either way it'll only last a couple of weeks.

Hope you are all well and swell
Lots of love xoxo

Jewellery

Hey lovelies! I went to oxford street today to spend all the leftover money from my birthday. I intended on only spending it on jewellery and so I did. The topshop in London is like the Disneyland of fashion, its soo awesome and the jewellery is the best as their choice is overwhelming. Pictured above is:
Eye ring: £5
Saints bracelet: £5
3 symbol bracelet: £4
Barry M 'Blue moon': £3

I have been meaning to get my hands on the saints bracelet for some time now, I absolutely love the eye theme, and the symbolic bracelet is so pretty. Also as you all know pastels are in right now and as I am running out of nail polish I picked up this pastel colour as it looks lovely. I'm going to start saving up again as in future i hope to make my first purchases from E.LF! On Tuesday I'm making my way to Scotland for the Easter Holidays to visit my nan and when I'm there i always have activities planned but I'll still be saving :)
Hope you all have a lovely holiday!

Birthday Dilemmas

Jacket: Gap           Dress: Boutique          Lipstick: Collection 2000

Candle from primark: Dolly Mixtures (gift)
Hellooooooo :) On Sunday I turned 15, although many of you were probably celebrating mothers' Day (Don't worry I didn't forget about mine!) But it was my birthday weekend.... On Saturday I met up with my close friends, we was planning on going to an ice cream parlor in town that we had never visited before, unfortunately the traffic had stopped dead and we had to walk so we were an hour late. When we got to the parlor we sat down, they cleaned our table, gave us menus then a different woman told us they were fully booked and we had to leave!!!! I was distraught as I didn't think you'd have to book for an ice cream parlor. We ended up going to Pizza Express briefly and then went back to my house to dance and have birthday cake. I was still slightly annoyed from earlier events but was able to have a good time with my friends.

On Sunday was my actual birthday and although St Patrick's day was on Saturday the festival in London was on the Sunday. Me and my friend went down to the festival and were able to get right up against the railing at the front. The music and entertainment was good but it sooooooo cold! The group pictured above were really good (looking ;) and it was good to feel part of the culture, we ended up leaving after about two hours though due to the weather. When I got home my mum gave me her gift which included a new denim jacket from New look and then I decided to end my Birthday by watching Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix. If you don't already know I'm a huge potterhead so it was the right way to end my birthday as things didn't go exactly to plan.

How did you spend your weekend?

In which I eat the bunny's ears

Helllooooooo My lovlies!!
I am very sorry that i have been away for soooo long!! But I have mentioned before I have had many GCSE's recently so haven't had the time to blog and this week I got some results also :S
Anyhow pictured above you will see my lovely new brogues for school which can be found here. They rubbed my feet a lot the first time I wore them and are still giving me blisters (one week on) but I'm sure they'll become comfy soon and they are so pretty. My Grandad bought me my first Easter chocolate for this year which I have already nibbled at! Also next week is St Patrick's day but it is also my birthday (18th) and because it falls on the weekend I'v decided to attend the festival in London which I'm very excited for. I'm not pure Irish as I wasn't born there but I have family from there and my Grandad is pure Irish, I just love to celebrate my Irishness even if I'm classed as English.

I hope your all well and have a fabulous week!

Day 2-3 of half term: Essex

On saturday I stayed over at my brothers house in Essex for the first time. I met up with his fiance and we went to Tinsel town for milkshakes (I had a munchies one). Then after stocking up on snacks we popped in season one of vampire diaries and watched 3-4 episodes. We ate dominos and watched You don't mess with the Zohan before going to bed.

I must warn if it is cold near you (snow or ice lurking around) then don't wear fashion tights. I guess most of you already know that but I thought I'd be able to get away with it and i was freezing! Mum welcomed me home with a sunday roast and a warm house :P I caught up on last weeks OBEM (Very emotional as usual) and after looking at kiddiecare.com and a variety of related things online (Don't ask) I soon went to bed.

Hope your all well!
How did you spend you weekend?

Day 1 of Half Term: Shopping

Today I went shopping  with the main purpose of buying birthday cards although I picked up a few other things as well. The top photo is things I bought in my local charity shop and the picture above is from town. First I went to my town centre and as well as cards I picked up some stationary for school as I have been very de-motivated recently and ended up flopping my Spanish test. This is because stress and exhaustion finally hit me hard and had me crawly towards half term this week as I was so tired. I don't usually do really bad at tests but Spanish was awful as I wrote barely a paragraph but luckily my teacher has given me a chance to redo it when I go back to school.

So while I was in WHSmith I also picked up the ELLE magazine for March which came with a free soap and glory mascara. I really really really wanted this mascara and last time I went shopping I meant to buy it but it was out of stock so I ended up buying Rimmel Scandal Eyes as it was on sale. But then I heard that it came free in this magazine and as the mascara is originally £10 and the mag is under £4 I snatched up the chance to get my hands on it even if it is missing the cute vintage packaging.

On my way home I stopped at my local charity shop and picked up a dress (£5), a puzzle (£2.50),a bracelet (50p) and Garfield DVD (£1). Recently I'v really wanted some wintry dresses and skirts but haven't found any good ones, I ended up buying this dress even though its summery, I like it and I think its brand new as it has its original tags on it. I think the puzzle is the first I have ever bought (Not including my mini puzzleball) but I felt as it's half term it would be nice to do so i picked out one of the vintage designs. I just picked up Garfield as it was only a pound and I haven't watched it in a while.

Hope you are all well!

Camden Town

Hello! Sorry I haven't posted in a little while, I wanted to blog on Saturday but I was delayed.
On Friday I went on an art trip to Camden and The Tate Gallery, I have been to the Tate many times before but I haven't been to Camden since I was toddler so that was the interesting part. Me and my friends went around Camden taking lots of pictures and trying to find any good bargains, one of my friends was good at haggling so she helped, although I only picked up a blue ring for £3 similar to these. My favourite shops were the really girly ones (pictured above), I have never come across such an amount of pretty clothes all gathered in one shop! It was a very interesting and fun day :)

Then of course it snowed on Saturday and everyone hoped that it would continue until this week to whisk away the last of our school days before half term. Unfortunately it hasn't and so there's still plenty of work to do, including my Spanish test on Wednesday. :(

Hope your all enjoying the 'exotic' weather.

OOTD: Lazy Sunday

Jumper: Primark
Vest: Justice (USA)
Jeans: Primark (Ireland)
Scarf: Primark
Pearl bracelets/ring: Primark
Cross ring: Topshop

Hi guys! So as the title suggests today I'm just chilling out (If that means doing homework) as you can see my outfit is not fancy just comfy. Yesterday I spent a total of 6 hours shopping! For me that is a very long time as usually I find two hours exhausting (Yes I am slightly lazy). My outfit consists mainly of clothes from Primark as that's where I tend to shop and also I spent most of my money in there yesterday.

I did my last exam for January on Tuesday (Geography), so I have been doing revision recently and still have many exams to come. :(
Luckily next Friday I have an Art trip to Camden town, so I can have a break, and I'll snap some pictures for Ya'll.

Hope you are all good!
