Bath

So a couple of weeks ago now I went to visit my sister in bath (the city!) with my BFF Elinor, my summer adventures are nearly over and admittedly there as many as I'd hoped but none the less I managed to squeeze in a few activities. Here are some pictures of Bath more posts to follow....
For the first day we went on a long walk up a hill until we came across a field to settle in and enjoy a picnic while absorbing the sun.

The next day we went with my sister to Bristol zoo, the weather was really hot all week and so ice creams were a must although we found a better place to get ice creams than this truck and although my sisters speed is closer to a run than a walk we were able to enjoy the sights offered to us blissfully, as you may already know I adore animals so usually I'm not too encouraging of things such as zoo's but I was content with the zoo's quality.

The night of our zoo visit found us all venturing into the woods nearby my sisters house on a refreshing trek around the neighborhood, Bath is quit a wealthy city as a whole and my sisters area is surrounded by boarding schools and mansions so it was intriguing to view these especially at night! The next day me and Elinor decided to revisit the woods and were pleasantly meant by a bunch of dogs who were so lovely! :D

The last day we went to the local swimming pool (cheaper than the ones in London!) and spent hours whizzing down the water slides. On our way back we visited the Roman Baths which was a nice visit as everything was really pretty as it held so much history. As we were waiting for my sister to pick us up (because even though her house is a walk away from town she lives at the top of the biggest hill in town which we previously ventured to walk up and succeeded in feeling like death) I found my self entertaining the people of Bath with my bubble blowing skills. :P
